I am loving the cable beanie pattern from StitchNbitch and the Hot Head beanie patter from the other StitchNBitch book. So easy only take a couple of hours each to knit. I probably should look for more nice beanie patterns so not too many are the same, but with a deadline fast approaching, and these are quick knits, I probably should just stick to these patterns.
I have posted my last Tribe swap parcel today, I was a bit slack and then I forgot to send it friday, so it is all gone and on its way now. Hopefully you won't wait to long Cece, and I can see if the Post Office is right in saying it only takes 2 weeks.

Wow, I am very impressed. I am just doing a short row garter stitch pattern. They look great!! (I posted my parcel off on the VERY day, so don't feel bad!! I am chronically late all the time)
Hello Annie.
I have the feeling that I've done this before but it is probably just jet lag or a major black hole in blogger.
Gosh I do hope that things are improving. Keep knitting. I have nothing on the needles at the moment except the boring cotton cardigan so I shall cast on for a beanie.
Cheers and love for the future, Gillian
Good going on your beanies. I've got two done and maybe one more to go.
Great thanks all of you who are knitting beanies for this cause. Leeanne if you have any finished and would like them sent with Tianne's and mine, give them to Irene at your friday knitting group, we shall send them before next Stitchnbitch. Shit a bit drunk, been at neighbours for Melbourne Cup, had day of work, and I won $500 for 1st Place with Delta Blues in big sweep at work. Have to go to bed soon, trying to wait until head spins stop first. You wouldn't believe how many time I have back spaced writing this to correct spelling errors.
