Spring is looking good.... abit of rain & sun

Spring is only a few days old and already we have had a nice bit of rain on Father's Day, a sunny but a bit cooler day yesterday, we had a flexi day each yesterday, got heaps done, it would be really nice to have every monday off.

I finished the bandage for Leprosy, I haven't taken any photos of late as I have to remember to buy batteries for the camera. I have finished the knitting part of the poncho but still have to sew it up. I started on blanket squares for the local Rotary Club, they have a knit a thon one day in October and make the squares into blankets and send overseas to needy countries. I thought I would get more done this year, so I have started them now. I just knit the squares on the triangle, you know start with two stiches, increase at beginning of every row until desired length then decrease at beginning of every row until two stitches left and cast off, the squares I am doing are 18cms so that was increase until 53 stitches on needles then start decreasing.
